Pretend your business is a farm. It works better than you'd think.
Lists are easy to ignore. Chores aren't. Kithwell turns your clients into neighbors and your projects into crops, so the follow-ups actually happen, and it's a lot more fun to open every morning.
Wait, why a farm?
It's your business, but lighter.
The same work, with a lot less dread.
Pictures stick.
You'll forget row 47 of a spreadsheet. You won't forget the crop that's ready to harvest.
Play keeps you coming back.
A tool you enjoy is a tool you actually use.
The check-in you meant to send
Monday filled up, then the week after. Kithwell shows you who to tend today and what can wait.

“Things are things, and people are people.”how we keep who's who
A project can be a crop. A retainer can be a herd. People are always neighbors. If someone's a bad fit, they get a quiet Steer clear flag and nothing more.
A day on the farm
first rule of the farm: chores first. Everything else comes after.
-
at first light
Morning chores
A short list you set yourself. Sow a few seeds, water the crops, feed the herd. You choose how many and which days.
-
through the day
Work the fields
Bring in the crop on the projects that matter today. Everything else stays planted until its turn.
-
when the season turns
Take stock
Eight times a year, you stop and look over the whole farm: what came in, what to let go, and what to plant next.
put it down for MondayNeed to check in with a client next week? Plant the reminder now, and it'll be waiting with your Monday chores.
Your farm, your way
Name your farm
It's your farm, not ours. You name it when you sign up, and that's what you see every morning.
Whimsy, dialed to taste
Turn the wildlife on or off. Use sabbats or plain seasons. Run a vegan farm. Call clients a company, organization, or outfit.
Easy on the eyes
Choose your text size, or switch to high contrast. Dark mode comes standard.
Room for farm hands
Invite your VAs and contractors. Each person gets their own chores, and farm hands see the work but never the money.
I built Kithwell for myself first. I'm on the autism spectrum and I have ADHD, and both run in my family. Remembering to communicate with clients has always been one of the hardest parts of running my business.
I tried the high-tech systems and the fantasy ones. Neither stuck. A farm did. Chores in the morning, fields in the afternoon, and a reason to stop and take stock when the seasons turn. My brain understood it right away, and my business got lighter and more fun.
I also wanted a tool that treats people like people. The world's getting less kind lately. Your CRM doesn't have to.
